Being a betting site i feel it my duty to point out the negative aspects of gambling - 'problem gambling' and indeed promote 'responsible gambling'.
Gambling can be an enjoyable recreational activity or hobby even, however there will always be a small minority who can become addicted. like alcohol in many ways an enjoyable experience to the majority but to some an addiction. Gambling addiction like alcoholism can ruin peoples lives, so if you feel you may be vunerable or have an addictive personality then i wouldn't reccomend taking up gambling. If you do feel that you have a problem then you could take a look at the 'gamcare' and 'gamblers anonymous' links below.

FROM GAMCARE
Remember; GamCare does not wish to restrict the choices or opportunities for anyone to operate, or take part in, gambling activities that are legally available in the UK. But, we ask that you keep the following simple messages in mind when you gamble. We want people to enjoy their recreation and spare time, but do not forget that being responsible is key to staying safe, out of trouble and making sure things remain fun.
>You’re buying fun, not investing your money *
>Before playing, set strict limits on how much time and money you’re going to spend
>Quit while you’re ahead **
>Only gamble with money you can afford to lose
>Don’t spend more money on gambling with the hope to win back money that you have lost
>Keep up other interests and hobbies – don’t let gambling take over your life
>Don’t gamble in order to escape from stress or boredom
>Gambling in moderation is okay
The key is… if you choose to gamble, gamble responsibly!

I personally may dissagree with a couple of the above comments, but will leave the advice in it's entirety. The correct message is there. the 'only gamble what you can afford to lose' piece of advice is something you will hear me say quite a lot, and something i whole heartedly agree with as the number one rule of betting.
The links below may be helpfull to you if you feel you have a problem, i must state the point that this site has no affiliation what so ever with the below sites.
